A business operating at regional scale — with an identity that hadn't kept pace.

Seder Group is one of the larger facilities management names in KSA, operating across multiple service verticals: operations and maintenance, facility management, ICT, healthcare solutions, environmental care and landscaping.

The identity needed to match the scale and ambition of the business — and hold together across a portfolio of sub-brands, without flattening the distinct character of each one.

One mark. Seven expressions. A system that compounds rather than fragments.

The Seder mark — a bold, diagonal form derived from Arabic letterforms — was designed to work as a master identity and flex as a sub-brand system. Each vertical got its own colour; the mark stayed constant.

The architecture gave Seder Group the clarity it needed at a corporate level, while giving each sub-brand enough visual character to be recognised in the field — on uniforms, fleet and signage.

Full brand identity. Applied across every touchpoint the business operates in.

Brand strategy and positioning. Master identity and sub-brand architecture across seven service verticals. Application across uniforms, fleet livery, site signage, digital touchpoints and an internal ERP interface.

Machine-readable brand guidelines structured for consistent application across a large, distributed workforce.
